In 1994, Jeff Steiner and Cliff Gelber met through a business acquaintance and the two proved to strike the perfect balance. With Jeff’s expertise in small business, real estate, general contracting, homeowners associations, medical and legal practices; and Cliff’s focus on high net worth individuals, mergers and acquisitions, healthcare and the distribution and manufacturing industries, they joined forces to establish a full-service accounting firm that had all the range of a large CPA firm, but would maintain the ultra-personalized client rapport that had earned them each a loyal following.
